Intro

I made this as a gift for you 🎁
I’d love for you to use it to:
🐌 Slow down, not speed up
Not a place for quick notes, but a place where your thoughts unfold slowly.
🧡 Curate, don’t hoard
Gather only what truly resonates, let go of what doesn’t.
✍🏼 Blend analog and digital
Embrace the magic of pen and paper, while keeping your entries safe and organised.

Adding Entries

To add a new note, click the + New Entry button on the main dashboard.

To add entries that resonate, I recommend:
♡ Find a quiet space and pause.
♡ Only add what you will return to often.
♡ Write by hand first.
Go ahead and fill your book with some love 🧡

Organising Entries

Use Topics to organise your notes. To create a new topic, simply click the + New Topic button.

To find the right Topics, consider:
➤ What have you been deeply passionate about for a while?
➤ Fewer topics is better, since there is only so much we can do in life.
➤ Don’t overthink it; you can always change your Topics later.
You can group related notes together under one topic. Here are the steps to categorize your note into a topic:
  1. Click on the note you would like to categorize

  1. The note will open in Center Peak view. Under the heading, you will see a “Topic” property, that has the word “Empty” underneath it. Click on “Empty”.

  1. From the drop-down menu, choose the Topic you want to categorise this note into.

You can move your note into whichever Topics you like, and can add as many topics as you want.

Automate

You can use AI to automatically assign topics to your entries.
My husband has built a tool for this, which you can install for free from

There are many ways to capture your physical notes in Notion.
The easiest one I found is to simply add an image to a Notion page on the mobile app.
